NEXUS

What is a Nexus Letter

The Nexus Letter is a document provided by a medical professional that directly links a veteran's disability to their military service. In simpler terms, it's the "nexus" or connection between the disability and an event or exposure during service.  The Nexus Letter is more than just a piece of paper. It's a bridge between a veteran's service and their disability, a testament to their sacrifice. Whether you're a veteran seeking claims or a medical professional drafting a Nexus Letter, understanding its weight and crafting it with care can make all the difference in a VA disability claim.
